Moisturising and repairing shower gel

Description

Dermoprotective micellar shower gel suitable for reactive or sensitive skin. Hypoallergenic, pH neutral, suitable for adults, children and babies from birth on. Thanks to its highly concentrated formula with a superfatting complex, it soothes the sensation of heat and tightness, protects the hydrolipidic film and preserves the skin barrier.

Instructions for use

Apply to damp skin. Lather and then rinse.

Composition

Aqua (water)/eau, glycerin, methylpropanediol, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, sodium laureth sulfate, cocoglucoside, glyceryl oleate, perfume (fragrance), capryloyl glycine, hydroxyethylcellulose, hydroxypropyl guar, glyceryl undecylenate, copper sulfate, tocopherol, hydrogenated palm glycerides citrate, disodium edta, citric acid, sodium hydroxide.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Glycerin, also known as glycerol, is a viscous, colourless, odourless liquid that is an intermediate product of alcoholic fermentation and is a member of triglycerides. It is highly valued for its moisturising and emollient properties and is therefore widely used in cosmetics.

One of the best-known products with glycerine as a base component is soap. These soaps have a low pH and work as emollient agents on the skin, helping it to maintain and recover its natural moisture level. This is why they are perfect for sensitive or dry skin hygiene.

Glycerin is also present in moisturising creams with an anti-ageing effect, thanks to its ability to soften the skin and increase its elasticity. It has great soothing action, so it effectively reduces irritations, acne marks or small burns, helping accelerate healing. It is also present in shaving lotions, as it reduces friction, as well as in hair care cosmetics such as serums and masks.
