Description

Vanilla flavoured dietary supplement that helps provide energy, carbohydrates and muscle mass, suitable for athletes or times that require greater physical effort. It contains a mixture of carbohydrates, of different number of molecules to ensure that their assimilation is progressive, as a source of energy. Optimal combination of proteins and carbohydrates, with a high vitamin content and reinforced in choline and inositol. It provides a mixture of proteins of the highest biological value, which will participate in the formation of muscle tissue and all the necessary vitamins and in sufficient quantity to meet the increased demands of athletes.

Instructions for use

Dissolve 30g (one full measuring cup) in 200ml (one glass) of water or skimmed milk. It can also be added to purees, yogurts, among others.

Inositol is an organic compound from the polyol family that has pseudovitamin (Vitamin B8) properties. It is a component of the cell membranes and is especially present in the central nervous system and muscle tissue. It is fundamental for communication between cells.
