Description

Oenobiol Duo Self-Tanning + Sun Prep is a skincare set that contributes to self-tanning. It is composed of two bottles of 30 capsules each.

The first product, to be used during the first month, helps to provide a natural, bright and homogeneous tan. The second capsules help prepare the skin with lutein, lycopene and antioxidants to maintain the tan.

*This set includes two bottles, 30caps each.

Instructions for use

  • Take the Oenobiol self-tanning lotion with 1 capsule a day at mealtimes for 1 month.

  • After 1 month, switch to the sun preparation treatment with 1 capsule a day at mealtimes, at least 1 month before exposure to the sun.

*Dietary supplements should not replace a healthy, balanced diet.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Using sunscreen is essential to protect and prevent UVA and UVB rays from penetrating the skin. The sun filters included in sunscreen create a barrier on the skin that protects it from irritation, burns, allergies and redness. Babies and infants need special attention, as their skin is not able to fully synthesise melanin and is more fragile. It is especially important to use high protection factor sunscreen with anti-UVA filters that are water-resistant. For sunscreen with maximum effectiveness, it must be applied in appropriate quantities and spread evenly over the entire surface of the skin, applying it every 2 hours, after bathing or sweating. It is also important to avoid exposure to the sun in the middle of the day (from noon to 16:00) and it is advisable to use dietary supplements to boost sunscreen.

Using aftersun is also advisable so that the skin recovers moisture and maintains its natural antioxidants. If you are taking photosensitising medication or have a skin condition, it is particularly important to follow these recommendations. If you develop blisters, fever, or a headache after sun exposure, consult your doctor.
