The Orliman Antebrachial Splint is a garment made of low density polyethylene. It is completely lined with cross-linked polyethylene foam. It has 3 velour straps with microhook tips to close and adjust on the patient. Suitable for controlled immobilisation of the joint. It fits perfectly to the patient's anatomy.
The splint is particularly suitable for treating fractures of the ulna and radius, carpal tunnel syndrome, joint instability, wrist trauma and recurrent wrist sprains. It is easy to place and remove. Does not cause any discomfort. Easy to clean. Comfortable to wear anywhere. Does not allow chafing due to the foam it has. The material is completely rigid, so it prevents the wrist from moving. Provides maximum protection.
