Cervicothoracic support device Orliman. It favors the treatment of injuries and trauma, as well as conditions requiring immobilization of the cervical region of the spine. The collar is composed of an upper module, which supports the posterior region of the head and chin, as well as a lower one dedicated to the thorax. Both sections work together, through aluminum plates, to configure the device and adapt it to the anatomical characteristics of each patient. It includes an anterior plate to support the sternum and a posterior plate to support the spine. These are joined by means of fasteners that are adjusted to provide the necessary stability. It is made of low density polyethylene, with soft touch lining, which favors the feeling of comfort and prevents chafing from prolonged use.
