The Orliman dorsolumbar piece is a fabric designed to provide support and security to the dorsal area, providing comfort and adjustment. It is designed for patients with dorsolumbar trauma, herniated discs, osteoporosis and postoperative processes.

The straps are padded to provide support and comfort in contact with the skin. The fabric of the garment is breathable from the inside and incorporates flexible steel whales. The Orliman dorsolumbar piece provides lumbosacral support, making it a perfect garment for those who require thoracic support during the working day. It is also recommended for people who require protection against physical efforts of the kyphotic curve or lumbago. The dorsal piece has straps that, located on the shoulders, produce a decussating effect with retropulsion, to provide adequate support on the lumbar.
