It is a lightweight and ergonomically designed dorsolumbar orthosis. Made of breathable materials for proper stabilization and posture correction of the back. The rear component consists of a rigid textile base and a height-adjustable aluminum plate. It adapts to the curvatures of the back in a personalized way due to its moldable characteristic and duly controls the alignment of the spine. The anterior area has semi-rigid elements to increase intra-abdominal pressure and provide a stable base for postural correction. Both components are connected by a system of straps that, once adjusted, allows a decrease in the kyphotic curvature characteristic of the osteoporotic patient. With Orliman, there is correction of the kyphotic curvature, verifying a slight increase in the patient's height.
