The Orliman Manutec® Ambidextrous Thumb Splint provides stable support for the thumb in cases of rhizarthrosis or tendinitis.
INFORMATIONThe Manutec® thumb splint is composed of a 3-layer fabric (foam, velvet, sponge) breathable and comfortable. Its immobilization system consists of an aluminum splint moldable according to the patient's morphology and a fastening system using Velcro® straps. - Optimal immobilization of the thumb thanks to the moldable aluminum splint system. - Breathable and extremely lightweight 3-layer fabric. - Seamless design eliminates chafing. - Highly ventilated for comfort. - Ambidextrous models.INDICATION
- Immobilization of the metacarpal joint - Thumb rhizarthrosis - Painful and inflammatory sequelae - Sports injuries (e.g. skier's thumb). Posology Place the splint on the thumb Shape the aluminum thumb splint to fit the diameter of the thumb. Close the Velcro mini strap. Adjust the wrist strap and secure it with the Velcro system.
