The lower realigner manufactured by Orliman for children and adolescents, is an orthosis for femoral derotation. Recommended by a specialist for patients with neurological conditions that hinder or prevent proper gait. It consists of a lumbar belt with straps that wrap around the lower extremities at the femoral level. The traction generated by the orthosis rectifies the lower extremities. The thigh supports adapt the orthosis to the patient's body. The silicone dots incorporated in the inner sides of the straps prevent displacement during use of the realigner. Elastic material to generate adequate compression, quite comfortable and painless. Velcro fastening and adjustment. Material that allows perspiration and washing. Natural drying. Grey colour. Size 2.
