Orliman Sacro-Iliac Belt has a perimeter of 17 centimeters with a poromax fabric clasp that incorporates a foam pad. It also has a micro-hook fastening system. It includes a regulating structure by means of pulleys that allows to obtain maximum compression with minimum effort.
