Instructions for use

Otc Ferrer Gelonic Fortress dissolve an envelope in a glass of water or other drink. 1 sachet per day for a minimum of 3 months is recommended.

Composition

Active gelatin, l-cystine, zinc, iron ii, pantothenic acid (vitamin b5), calcium, vitamin b6, biotin (vitamin h or vitamin b7).

Pharmaceutical Advice

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.
