Description

Pelvic Gym Chinese balls are excellent for exercising and strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. Each one of them contains another smaller ball inside, giving it weight and transmitting a small vibration in the area.

This generates a retention reflex, i.e. the muscles contract and exercise. On the other hand, as they are made of silicone, their texture is very soft and easy to clean.

During youth, there are usually no problems with this area, but as the years go by or if there is a birth, these muscles weaken causing discomfort such as urine loss. Chinese balls are indicated in this situation.

Instructions for use

  • If you are using the spheres for the first time, remember to wash them with soap and water before use.
  • First, the two spheres are inserted into the vagina, one after the other, just like a tampon. The string is left on the outside so that it can be pulled. The recommended time of use is 30 minutes daily, distributed in 15 minutes twice a day. An improvement in muscle tone is noticed after 2 or 3 weeks. Most women recover the tone in the pelvic floor muscles between 6 weeks and 3 months.
