Respiratory flow measurement device for adults. Easy to use and store. With a lightweight, portable design that allows patients to have peak flow monitoring at their fingertips at all times. Philips brand, with different color indicators defining three zones that make it easy for the user to find the percentage of peak flow they have at that moment.
Make sure the indicator is located at the bottom of the scale. Breathe in as far as possible. Place your lips around the mouthpiece to form a tight seal. Blow out as hard and as fast as possible. Note the peak expiratory flow number and the colour of the area near the indicator, then slide the indicator back to the bottom of the scale. Repeat the process two more times and, of the three figures thus obtained, note the highest one with the date and time.
