Description

This essential oil is made from laurel, which is better known in the culinary field, but also has great therapeutic properties. As a medicinal plant, laurel essential oil can help with digestive and stomach problems and even helps to relieve muscle and joint pain. It is also used in cosmetics to help tone the skin.

Instructions for use

Oral: Place two drops (about 150mg) three times a day on a neutral carrier such as honey, cane sugar or vegetable oil.

Composition

Laurus nobilisAromatic molecules: 1,8 cineol.
