Ball that relaxes muscles and relieves aches and pains

Description

Prim physiotherapeutic ball for use with massages, muscle relaxation treatments and other techniques to help with tissue recovery. It is recommended for the routine of athletes or dancers as part of their physical conditioning. Its consistent use enhances the body's performance and decreases aches and pains from injuries.

Plastic ball made of a tested material that does not generate allergic reactions. The hedgehog shape with spikes all around the circumference helps to return the blood vessels after walking or physical exercise. The texture is soothing and gives the massaged area a soothing sensation. It has a diameter of 6 cm and is often accompanied by other larger hedgehog balls as a complement to the therapy. It can be used by professionals and others at home.

Instructions for use

Apply moisturiser to the skin before using the balloon. Massage gently.
