The shipment arrived on the scheduled day, all well packed. I can not say much about the product because its use in the long term is who will tell the results. for now I follow the instructions in the manual, you have to use it every two weeks and 10 sessions, so it will be about 5 months to see if it works: For now I can only say that it works according to the instructions, I turn it on, it turns green when you place it on each level, when it is well placed on the skin starts flashing the green power light, and with the goggles on it emits the light when you press the big button, I do not know if it is my skin and I guess depending on whether you are more sensitive or not will vary in each case, but in the 1st and 2nd level, I felt nothing, in the 3rd level if I felt smell of burnt hair....for now I can't say if it really works because it's too early to see the results.
