Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. It is recommended to start with 1 ladle (5g) per day and if necessary, gradually increase the dose by 1 ladle per day every three days.

Do not exceed the maximum dose of 20g/day.

It can be added to cold or hot drinks or foods, without altering the taste, texture or smell.
