Description

Valerian is one of the most widely used and widely used therapeutic plants and Pronutri Valerian is a food supplement based on this species.

According to its traditional use, Valeriana officinalis has soothing, hypnotic, spasmolytic and muscle relaxing properties. Thanks to these properties, it has been used as an adjuvant in mild treatments of irritability, insomnia, or muscle contractures.
