Dark chocolate bar 55% with candied ginger. With Rapadura cane sugar and Cristallino cane sugar and real Bourbon vanilla. Made according to Swiss tradition with organically grown and fair trade ingredients (Hand and Hand). The intense conching develops the richness of the cocoa aromas and its fine texture. May contain traces of milk, soya and nuts in shell.
