It is obtained by cold extraction that allows to the maintenance of the nutrients and benefits of the olives, processed only one hour after harvesting the olives. Recommended for cooking or use on the skin as an emollient for nails and hair. Contains an intense, fruity and fresh aroma. Suitable for pairing with seafood, fish, salted and smoked fish, vegetables, creams, salads, salmorejo and desserts. It is presented in an elegant green glass bottle. It is certified organic by the EU.
