This medication is a combination of chlorphenamine (relieves nasal discharge), phenylephrine (provides a decongestant effect), salicylamide and paracetamol (reduce pain and fever), caffeine (counteracts feelings of fatigue), and vitamin C (helps the body's defenses). Rinomicine is indicated for adults and adolescents from 16 years old for the symptomatic relief of flu-like symptoms, colds, and common cold that present with mild to moderate pain, headache, fever, congestion, and nasal discharge. You should consult a doctor if your condition worsens or does not improve after 5 days of treatment, or if the fever persists for more than 3 days.
