Instructions for use
Gently insert the nozzle into the nostril. Do not force the penetration.
Press the diffuser nozzle with your index finger for 2 to 3 seconds.
Daily hygiene: 1 to 2 sprays/nostril in the morning and at night. The number of sprays can be increased as needed.
Hydration: 3 to 6 sprays/day/nostril.
