It is a vegetable broth free of gluten, lactose and palm oil, presented in cubes made from dehydrated vegetables. It contains tomato, onion, carrot, celery, leek and cabbage and is often used to improve the cooking of various dishes: soups, sauces, pasta and stews.
Dissolve one tablet in half a litre of boiling water until the desired broth is obtained.
Salt, corn starch, yeast and soy protein extracts, sugar, olive oil, spices (garlic, bay leaf, thyme, white pepper, parsley), vegetables 3.3% (tomato, onion, carrot, leek, celery, cabbage), flavourings (contains celery).
