The Siken Cheese Flavored Substitute Omelette in individual packets is very low in fat but has all the flavor of a delicious cheese omelette, so longed for in the diet.

It is very easy to cook and can be prepared anywhere with just one microwave. In addition, it provides vitamins and minerals, contributing to a correct diet, but with a low caloric value and its format in individual sachets allows it to be taken wherever you wish.

Instructions for use

Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 110 ml of water. Let it cook on a plate in the microwave for two minutes or in a non-stick frying pan over a low heat.

Dried egg albumin, egg powder, milk proteins, pea proteins, salt, flavourings, yeast extract, flavour enhancer (potassium chloride), oligofructose, thickeners (guar gum, carrageenan), acidity corrector (ácitric acid), colourings (caramel, beet red, riboflavin), spices (pepper, parsley), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), vitamins (maltodextrin, C, E, B3, pantothenic acid, A, B6, B1, B2, folic acid, biotin, B12).
