Magnesium ATA (Acetyl Taurinate of Magnesium) is a dietary supplement based on acetyl taurinate of magnesium, it is rapidly absorbed, successfully crosses the blood-brain barrier, and has the highest tissue concentration level in the brain compared to any other form of magnesium.
After intestinal absorption, ATA Mg® is widely distributed throughout the body with a more marked penetration in the brain due to its molecular structure.
