Instructions for use

  1. Separate a double capsule from the package (compressed mask + lotion). Press down on the lotion capsule. Remove the seal from the mask when it is completely impregnated.
  2. Lie down in a comfortable position.
  3. Start the relaxation podcast previously downloaded using the flash code printed in the Eye Decompress box or at www.talika.fr/podcast/podcast-relaxant.
  4. Extend the mask and apply it to the closed eyes.
  5. Let yourself be guided for 10 minutes by the voice of Arnaud Caby.
  6. Remove the mask and push in the rest with your fingertips
