Description

Product based on pickled ginger pickles of the brand Terrasana of clear and bright colour.

It is traditionally made in very thin slices and marinated in Genmai Miso.

It is an indispensable element of sushi and basically consists of ginger marinated in rice vinegar with sugar and salt.

It is normally used to cleanse our palate of previous flavours and leave it ready to experience a new taste.
