Triptomax 30comp is a dietary supplement formulated with tryptophan with B vitamins, iron and magnesium. Tryptophan is an essential amino acid found in all proteins and is involved in functions related to the nervous system, such as the production of serotonin and the ability to concentrate. Magnesium also contributes to the maintenance of regular psychological function and helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Serotonin is an essential neurotransmitter in the body. It helps to cope with stress, improves concentration and helps to keep appetite under control.

Pack of 30 tablets. Not recommended for children under 12 years. Suitable for coeliac and people allergic/intolerant to milk or egg.

How to use Triptomax 

Take 2 tablets a day, one at breakfast and one before lunch or dinner. This product can be taken consistently, with 4 weeks of rest every 3 months.
