Energy gel with carbohydrates

Description

It is a lemon flavoured energy gel that combines a blend of simple and fast absorbing carbohydrates: Dextrose, fructose, and sucrose. Providing an extra supply of immediate energy when needed. It provides hydration with a sodium intake of 100 mg per 40 g, which allows the recovery of part of the sodium (as an electrolyte that prevents dehydration) that is lost with sweat during exercise.
