If it is your first purchase we advise you to start with the regular size, if you feel pressure we recommend the mini size and if with the regular size you have improved but still have not managed to avoid the loss at all we advise you to use the extra size.

1. Soak the VIDASEC tampon in hot water for a short time (approximately 1 minute) in a container or in running water and drain the excess liquid. The tampon becomes soft and elastic and is ready to use.
2. The tampon should be placed in the same way as a menstruation tampon. Insert it into the vagina as deeply as necessary. If you feel any discomfort, change the position of the VIDASEC tampon simply by moving it with your finger.
3. The extraction thread should always remain on the outside of the vagina.
4. In order to remove the VIDASEC tampon, a suitable position must also be adopted. To find the best extraction direction, pull the thread.
