The AccuChek Performa Nano kit allows you to control your blood sugar level at any time. It makes it easier and faster to control your body's blood sugar.

Contains a battery-powered blood glucose meter, lancing device, 12 lancets, 10 test strips and a storage kit.

Instructions for use

  1. Place the test strip in the meter and it will turn on automatically.
  2. Apply your blood sample to the visible yellow window. You'll only need one small drop.
  3. In approximately 5 seconds, your measurement results will appear on the easy-to-read display.
