Dietary supplement for the immune system

Description

Ozone therapy is another useful tool as a coadjuvant in the treatment of various diseases and to improve health. Ozone has various bactericidal and fungicidal properties, and is a powerful virostatic (virus-killing) agent. It is commonly used to disinfect wounds, as well as bacteria and diseases caused by viruses. Its ability to stimulate circulation is used in the treatment of circulatory disorders and it is also used in the rehabilitation of organ functions. When administered in low concentrations, the body's own resistance is mobilized, i.e. ozone reactivates the immune system. The use of ozone is extremely useful for immune activation in patients with a low immune status and/or immune deficiency.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Ozonated oils are the result of the reaction of ozone with fatty acids and other substrates present in some vegetable oils, such as olive or coconut oil. These transformed oils are highly valued in the formulation of cosmetic products, due to their great capacity to regenerate tissues, which is why they are usually used in serums or creams with a restorative action. They have antiseptic, soothing and antioxidant properties.

They help to activate microcirculation and improve cell metabolism, revitalising the skin. Ozonated oil also increases the activity of fibroblasts, which are responsible for producing elastin and collagen, making the skin smoother and more elastic.

Occasionally, some ozonated oils are used as ingredients in dietary supplements. In particular olive, sunflower and coconut oils, are used for their antioxidant properties. Before taking a supplement with these qualities, consult a professional to find out if it is suitable for you.
