Description

Very thin wholemeal noodles made from 100% organic spelt wheat. Spelt wheat is a very energetic cereal that provides fewer calories than the classic wheat flour. It contains proteins of high biological value, fiber, vitamins E, B1 and B2, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus and potassium. With an artisan elaboration process, the dough is naturally dried for 24 to 30 hours, so as not to alter the properties of the product. Easily digestible and low in gluten. Vegan with organic certification. Recommended for making fideuá.
