Description

Colnatur® Complex Natural Collagen Neutral Flavor 330g is a dietary supplement in powder form that combines 10 g of hydrolyzed collagen with magnesium bisglycinate, hyaluronic acid, vitamins, and copper to support joints, bones, muscles, and cartilage.

Its formula, free from lactose, gluten, sugars, fats, colorants, and preservatives, is designed to promote mobility, flexibility, and the maintenance of connective tissue.

It is indicated for those who want to take care of their osteoarticular system, including athletes, active individuals, those with habitual fatigue, or those who endure frequent physical loads.

Instructions for use

  • Take 10.8 grams daily (the entire contents of the scoop) dissolved in a minimum of 150 ml of: water, milk (alone, with coffee, cocoa…), plant-based drink, other liquids, or yogurt.

  • Visible results from 3 months of recommended use.

Composition

Hydrolysed collagen protein, blackcurrant extract (Ribes nigrum L. 4:1), magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate), vitamin C (calcium ascorbate), hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate), copper (copper gluconate), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

I have been using this product for a few years now and the best I can say is that it works! Doing intense sports several days a week with more than 40 years, when I started the day the next day, I noticed joint pain until I warmed up a little, not to recover well, I guess ..... After a couple of weeks of taking Colnatur, those pains disappeared as if by "magic". Also, by choosing the neutral flavor, I don't find out that I put it in my coffee, which makes it easier for me to keep using it, since I'm very bad at taking medicine if it's bad. Totally recommended!!!
