Dressing with Hydrofibra® technology, which gels upon contact with the wound exudate to maintain a moist healing environment.

The top layer, made of polyurethane foam, allows for the evaporation of excess moisture and creates a waterproof barrier that protects against the penetration of viruses and bacteria.

Features of the dressing:

  • Soft silicone adhesive: located on the edges, allows for easy application and removal without damaging the skin.
