Dermacol black eyeliner with fine tip design for a refined finish. Its waterproof wax provides a fixed and lasting effect of 6 hours to maintain a flawless look. Ideal for use when going to work or an event. Contains antioxidants such as Vitamin C and E to protect the area where it is applied. Dermatologically approved so it is suitable for all skin types.
