Dark chocolate with quinoa, cocoa from Ecuador and Ivory Coast, cultivated by native peoples, the national cocoa variety, now in danger of extinction, has given Ecuadorian cocoa a reputation. It gives chocolate an intense flavor with a very subtle and very typical floral fragrance.
