It is a wholemeal spelt flour wonder-style pasta. Made with ingredients that come from organic farming. Spelt contains proteins, lipids and dietary fiber. Easily digestible due to its unsaturated fat content. It contains no cholesterol and is rich in essential fatty acids. Suitable for making soups. Does not contain lactose or added sugars. Boil in plenty of water or broth for 6 to 8 minutes.
