Meal replacement shake

Description

Protein-based food supplement, suitable for meal replacement. Chocolate flavored, suitable for consumption in shakes with water, juices or milks. Formulated with whey from organic pasture-fed cows in New Zealand and more than 24 vitamins and minerals. With steviol glycosides derived from the stevia plant for sweetening. Aspartame free. Supports muscle growth. Ask about its use. Gluten free.

Instructions for use

Mix 60g of the product with 350ml of water or milk and consume.

Composition

Whey protein isolate, gluten-free oat flour, inulin, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), flaxseed meal, thickener (xanthan gum), natural flavouring, potassium phosphate, tricalcium phosphate, magnesium hydroxide, table salt, multi-enzyme complex (maltodextrin, amylase, protease, ß-D-galactosidase, lipase, cellulase), vanilla seeds, sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides), L-ascorbic acid, iron(II) sulphate, zinc oxide, lactobacillus acidophilus, nicotinamide, copper(II) gluconate, manganese(II) sulphate, D-alpha-tocopherol acetate, D-calcium pantothenate, antioxidant (DL-alpha-tocopherol), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), riboflavin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, retinyl acetate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, sodium iodide, sodium selenite, phylloquinone, D-biotin, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Zinc has great benefits for the immune system, hair and skin. It is a trace mineral, meaning that the body needs it but in small amounts.

It is an important supplement for DNA synthesis, cell growth, protein synthesis, healing of damaged tissues and supports a healthy immune system.

It also promotes keratin and collagen synthesis, so it helps to prevent premature hair aging and even protects hair pigmentation. It also helps to strengthen hair and nails.
Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.
