Description

Pack for oral hygiene. Contains Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush, accessories and GUM Activital Toothpaste Q10 75 ml. The brush with ergonomic non-slip handle with flexible, tapered and soft bristles. It has 2 brushing modes, pressure sensor that alerts you with a light, timer 2 min every 30 sec and long battery life of 10 days. Accessories include 2 toothbrush refills, 3 protective caps for the toothbrush, 1 charger, 2 rechargeable batteries and the instruction manual. Plus the multi-action toothpaste designed to preserve the health of gums and teeth on a daily basis. Contains ginger and bisabolol, coenzyme Q10, pomegranate, fluoride, isomalt and an innovative anti-plaque system, providing long-lasting protection against plaque formation and cavities. Paraben-free, sulphate-free and free of harsh ingredients.

Instructions for use

Wet the toothbrush and add a small quantity of toothpaste.
Place the toothbrush forming a 45° angle with the gums and brush gently in a circular motion.

Brushing time should be a minimum of 2 minutes, on all surfaces of the teeth.

Brush the tongue to kill bacteria and to maintain a fresh breath or use a tongue cleaner.

Rinse your mouth.

Clean the toothbrush head and store the brush in its storage/recharge unit in an upright position.

It plays an essential role in the production of energy in our cells and is particularly important for physical activity.

Q10 can be obtained from foods such as red meat, poultry, blue fish (sardines, tuna, anchovies) or nuts (pistachios, walnuts, etc.).

Q10 levels in the human body are high during the initial years of life, but factors such as prolonged stress, smoking, poor eating habits or aging reduce its presence in tissues that need it, such as the liver or the heart.

From age 40 onwards, it is advisable to increase its presence in the body by taking supplements, always under a doctor’s supervision.
