The Gum Ortho 124 soft toothbrush for orthodontics cleans teeth from food residue and protects orthodontic appliances. Thanks to its V-shaped bristles, this soft toothbrush effectively removes plaque around wire arches and orthodontic appliances. Its soft bristles are gentle on gums and its ergonomic handle makes it easy to grip.
Wet the toothbrush and add a small quantity of toothpaste.
Place the toothbrush forming a 45° angle with the gums and brush gently in a circular motion.
Brushing time should be a minimum of 2 minutes, on all surfaces of the teeth.
Brush the tongue to kill bacteria and to maintain a fresh breath or use a tongue cleaner.
Rinse your mouth.
To maintain good oral hygiene, you should brush your teeth with a fluoride toothpaste two to three times a day, once in the evening. At least 2 minutes should be spent to ensure proper cleaning. You can supplement your oral hygiene routine using a tongue cleaner, an interdental brush and a mouthwash to reach the less accessible corners.
Special orthodontic brushes are designed to remove food debris that accumulates in the brackets or wires, thus completing oral hygiene without damaging your gums.
