Health 4U Memoria 495mg 30caps is a dietary supplement that helps maintain the health of the neural system. Its preparation with phosphatidylserine and choline help to increase the impermeability of neurons and promote the transmission of nerve impulses, significantly improving memory. It also contains taurine which is an amino acid that helps regulate salt and balance water within cells while stabilizing cell membranes favoring neurotransmission.

Instructions for use

Take 2 capsules a day, preferably on an empty stomach.
