Description

Dietary supplement with anti-catabolic action to contribute to the maintenance and/or increase of muscle mass. Instructions for use

-The recommended daily dose is 3 g / day about 1-2 hours before sports.

-On those days when no physical activity is performed, it can be consumed by distributing the dose in 1 g intakes with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
