It is a dry pasta with dehydrated vegetables. Made with durum wheat semolina and selected vegetables. The company was born in Sant Boi del Llobregat in 1994, from the agreement between Pedro Chavarria and Josep Maria Campistany, who launched the Int-Salim brand and, later, Eco-Salim with raw materials from organic farming, endorsed by the Consell Català de la Producció Agrària Ecològica.
