It is considered a keto flour. It is low in calories and fat and rich in fiber. It naturally provides all kinds of vitamins, such as A and C or the B complex. It presents the minerals contained in the original vegetables, such as potassium.
It can be used both as a cooking ingredient and is characterised by being easy to prepare. It can be used to make a soup in no more than ten minutes, adding broth or just water.
