Description

Eau de parfum feminine floral fragrance, belonging to the olfactory family Woody Floral Musk. Its pyramid of scents is composed of notes of violet leaves, mimosa, saffron, lemon and bergamot. The heart notes are iris, lilac, magnolia and woody notes, which give way to its final wake, composed of the base notes of oakmoss, vetiver and musk ambrette.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Saffron is a highly aromatic spice that comes from the Crocus sativus flower. It is highly valued in cooking for its intense flavour and as a food colouring. It is popularly known as 'red gold', due to its highly complex harvesting method.

Saffron extract is used in cosmetics because of its antioxidant properties. It contains carotenoids that help to counteract free radicals, the main cause of wrinkles and premature skin ageing. It also has antibacterial properties, which may be useful in routines for acne-prone skin. This ingredient can also be found in hair products, as it helps to strengthen the cuticle and enhance hair shine. It is also used in perfumes.
