Take 1 capsule a day during a meal with enough liquid.

Composition

Native flax oil (49.9%); modified potato starch; humectants: sorbitol, maltitol, glycerol; menaquinone; emulsifier: Mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, potato starch, potato starch, cholecalciferol; colouring agent: iron oxides and hydroxides; coating agent: carnauba wax.
