Take 1 capsule per day.
Composition
Plantago ovata seed dry extract with 5:1 ratio, caraway (Cuminum cyminum L.) seed dry extract with 5:1 ratio, bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose, oat kernel fibre (Avena sativa L. ) (contains gluten), dried extract of mallow (Malva sylvestris) leaves and flowers with 0.5% polyphenols and 10:1 ratio, concentrated juice powder of plum fruit powder (Prunus domestica L.), dried extract of fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) with 10:1 ratio, stabiliser cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, anti-caking agents silicon dioxide and vegetable magnesium stearate.

To prevent constipation, it is important to maintain a good water intake and eat a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruit, as well as whole grains to promote bowel regularity. These foods provide both soluble and insoluble fibre, both of which are necessary for the digestive system.
Exercising regularly is also advisable. Fibre-rich food supplements or plant extracts can also provide additional support. On the other hand, laxative medications (oral or enemas/suppositories) can alleviate occasional constipation and provide fast relief. These medications are not suitable in certain situations.
