Marine Collagen with Magnesium and Vitamin C from Ana María Lajusticia® is composed of hydrolyzed Peptan® collagen, sourced 100% from fish supplied by fishing companies certified for their sustainable practices (MSC).

Ideal for those who, for religious, cultural, and/or ethical reasons, prefer an alternative to land-based collagen. Very good solubility and pleasant watermelon scent.

Take 2 level teaspoons a day, divided into the main meals (2 doses of 3.45 g each). Mix each dose in 100 ml of water, juice, or yogurt. Average contents per daily dose of 2 teaspoons (6.9 g): collagen 5.2 g, proteins 4.7 g, magnesium 227 mg (60% NRV*) and vitamin C 24 mg (30% NRV*).

It is recommended to take it during developmental stages, such as adolescence, and for the maintenance of body tissues in adulthood and old age. This option, derived 100% from fish, is also very helpful for athletes, people with high physical wear, or with osteoarticular problems.
