Description

Optifast Vanilla Shake is a substitute for a complete diet or one or more meals for weight control. Contains sweeteners. Optifast with Omega 3 and Prebiotic Fiber is a low energy diet for weight reduction.

This shake has all the vitamins, minerals and trace elements essential in a complete diet. Rich in proteins that help maintain muscle mass. High in 12 vitamins and 12 minerals. Rich in fiber.

Instructions for use

- For an exclusive diet (replacing all meals of the day): Take 3 or 4 sachets a day.
- For a mixed diet (combine with regular foods): Take 1 or 2 sachets.
- Use under medical supervision, especially when used as an exclusive diet for more than 3 weeks.
